Country Business Development Manager – LIBIA
For the imminent opening of Recomer’s Libyan branch, we are looking for a professional for the position of Country Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Procurement and production of the Libia Area
- Search and selection of partners and suppliers
- Commercial development in the reference area
- Supervision of projects and contracts in order to reduce risk and maximize profit
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering;
- Previous experience gained in the management of the company branch operating in the international field, preferably in the plant engineering sector of Oil & Gas
- Knowledge of the Libyan market
- Experience in international projects
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation, strong organizational skills and problem solving
- Availability to stay in Benghazi

Intermediary North Africa area (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya)
The candidate must have gained experience in the countries mentioned above, as well as operated in at least one of the following sectors: water treatment plants and water purification, lifting plants, water pipes and pipelines, storage tanks, industrial plants and oil and gas.
The candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with local and foreign companies and to open new markets with the target to acquire the work orders in the areas mentioned.
